Detroit Tigers vs Kansas City Royals

The Detroit Tigers’ incremental improvements over the past few seasons have been ramped up this year, as they currently sit as the top team in the major leagues with a 37-20 record. They face the fourth-place team in their division, the Kansas City Royals, on the road in Kauffman Park tomorrow night to start a three-game series.
Detroit has had no problems with the Royals this season, leading the season series three games to one. I like them to have no trouble on Friday night, either. Detroit on the moneyline is the first half of our winning parlay.
We’re pairing that play with the under on the run total. It’s set at eight runs, which shouldn’t be an issue. Three of these teams’ past four meetings have gone under, and tomorrow’s starters, Casey Mize for Detroit and Seth Lugo for Kansas City, are having strong seasons. Plus, Detroit’s past four games have been well under this total.
