Colorado Avalanche vs Chicago Blackhawks
Start Time: 9:30 PM EST
This season hasn’t exactly gone according to plan for the Chicago Blackhawks. Projected for over/under 74.5 points heading into this season, they sit at 51 with only eight games remaining. And budding superstar Connor Bedard hasn’t taken his game to the next level in his sophomore season – you could argue he’s barely maintained his rookie season level, with his stats pretty much the same as last season, despite playing more games this year.
The Hawks welcome the Colorado Avalanche tomorrow night to the United Center, which is bad news for them, as the Avalanche remain among the elite of the league. But they have lost two straight, so there’s that.
The last time these teams played each other, Colorado won 3-0. And Chicago is getting smoked in all their recent games. So I’m making Colorado on the puck line my best bet for Wednesday.
