College Basketball Picks March 12
Rutgers +1.5 vs. USC
We all know how disappointing the Scarlet Knights have been this season. Steve Pikiell’s group never failed to find an identity on defense, which has been a staple of Rutgers’ teams in the past. On the other hand, USC deserves some grace in their first season with Eric Musselman and in the Big Ten.
Both of these teams have struggled immensely on the defensive side of the ball this season. The over might not be a bad bet either, but I think the Knights should be able to win the game.
Not only do they have the best two players on the floor, but the game is at Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, IN. With the Big Ten adding a slew of West Coast teams, we have seen them struggle when traveling east.
