Baba Miller Higher Than 1.5 Turnovers
North Texas heads to Boca Raton for a match up with Florida Atlantic. We’re going to fade FAU forward Baba Miller against the Mean Green tonight.
These two teams played on January 26th, and Baba Miller had two turnovers in 33 minutes played. Miller also averaged 2.0 turnovers per game at home this year. He’s gone higher than 1.5 turnovers in three of his last five games overall, and two straight conference home games.
North Texas is nasty on defense and they’ve already shown that they can take the ball away from Miller. The Mean Green come into this game generating 11.9 turnovers per game on average. North Texas will bring their defense with them, and get Miller to turn it over at least twice. Lock up Miller to go higher than 1.5 turnovers in your Underdog Fantasy college basketball entry for February 27th.
Danny Wolf Higher than 9.5 Rebounds
Rutgers takes a trip to Ann Arbor for a game against the Wolverines tonight. The Scarlet Knights enter this match up allowing opponents to grab 36.1 rebounds per game this year. That’s 265th in the nation.
These two teams also played on February 1st. Danny Wolf absolutely abused the Scarlet Knights on the glass and racked up 14 boards.
Wolf comes into this game averaging 10.8 rebounds per game at home this year. He’s gone higher than 9.5 rebounds in four of his last seven games overall.
Wolf is a problem on the glass for a Rutgers team that struggles with size, and misses a ton of shots. Wolf has the trend, the spot, and the opponent. Also, Michigan hasn’t clinched the top seed in the Big 10 tournament yet, so he should continue to see a full workload. Take Wolf to go higher than 9.5 rebounds in your Underdog Fantasy college basketball entry.
Austin Rapp Higher Than 6.5 Rebounds
Pepperdine pays a visit to Portland tonight to look for these Pilots. The Waves allow opponents to average rebounds per game. That’s 254th in the nation. Portland big man Austin Rapp should have no problem grabbing at least seven boards at home tonight.
Rapp enters this game averaging 6.8 rebounds per game at home this year. He’s gone higher than 6.5 rebounds in three of his last five home games. Rapp also faced Pepperdine in Malibu, CA on February 1st. He grabbed seven boards in 35 minutes in that match up.
Pepperdine is incredibly soft on the inside, and Rapp has already shown that he can succeed in this spot. We’ve got a capable player at home against a mediocre opponent. This should be an easy projection to go green on a short slate.
