Zeke Mayo Higher Than 1.5 Turnovers

Kansas heads to Boulder, CO for a match up with the Buffaloes tonight. These two teams just played at Lawrence, KS about two weeks ago. Kansas guard Zeke Mayo turned the ball over twice in that game. Let’s run it back with Mayo to hand the ball over more than 1.5 times tonight.

Mayo enters this game averaging 2.5 turnovers per game on the road. He’s gone higher than 1.5 turnovers in 10 straight games. Also, Mayo has had more than 1.5 turnovers in six out of eight conference road games.

Colorado’s defense isn’t amazing, but they can do enough to get Mayo to hand it over twice. The Buffaloes have a top 70 defense according to KenPom, and they generate 11.5 turnovers per game. That’s 211th in the nation. This isn’t a great spot, but Mayo already went higher against Colorado once, and now he has to go on the road. Let’s ride with Mayo to go higher than 1.5 turnovers in our Underdog Fantasy college basketball entry.

J’Wan Roberts Higher Than 5.5 Rebounds

Houston pays a visit to Lubbock, TX for a game against the Red Raiders tonight. These two teams played each other on February 1st, and Roberts racked up seven rebounds. He’s on the road now, and his rebounds projection is only 5.5. Let’s play with fire a little and take Roberts to go higher than 11.5 points in the tough road match up.

Roberts enters this game averaging 7.0 rebounds per game on the road. He’s gone higher than 5.5 in six out of eight conference road games. Also, he’s gone higher than 5.5 rebounds in six of his last nine games overall.

Texas Tech is a tough rebounding match up for most players. The Red Raiders only allow opponents to average 31.6 rebounds per game this year. That’s 31st in the nation. However, Roberts has already gone higher than 5.5 rebounds once against Texas Tech. Also, Houston out-rebounded the Red Raiders 38-to-37. Houston, and Roberts, defied the odds at home, let’s ride with Houston to defy the odds once again and take Roberts to go higher than 5.5 rebounds on our Underdog Fantasy college basketball entry.

Jamir Watkins Higher Than 1.5 3-Pointers Made

North Carolina heads to Tallahassee, FL for a game against Florida State. The Tar Heels enter this game allowing opponents to shoot 34.0% from long range this year. That’s 192nd in the nation.

Teams also know to shoot three-pointers against UNC. Opponents average 23.8 three-point attempts against North Carolina this year. That’s 252nd in the nation. Opponents also average 8.1 made three’s per game against the Tar Heels. That’s 246th in the nation.

Jamir Watkins comes into this match up averaging 1.9 3-pointers made at home this year. Watkins has gone higher than 1.5 made three’s in four out of eight conference home games. Also, he’s cleared 1.5 three-pointers made in seven of his last 13 games.

UNC struggles to defend the perimeter and gives up a ton of shots from beyond the arc. Watkins has missed in four straight games, but this is a fantastic match up for him to get right. Lock up Watkins to go higher than 1.5 3-pointers made in your Underdog Fantasy college basketball entry for February 24th.
