College Basketball Picks February 3

Kansas -2.5 vs. Iowa State

Kansas has been up and down throughout the season. When you think they will turn the corner, they fall to a team they shouldn’t be losing to. On Saturday, Kansas took a tough loss to a Baylor squad that absolutely dominated the second half and end of the game. On Monday, Kansas looks to bounce back against one of the best teams in the country, Iowa State.

The Cyclones are struggling a bit themselves, having lost two consecutive games to Arizona and Kansas State.  Their loss to Kansas State on Saturday snapped the Cyclone’s 29-game home winning streak.

Kansas and Iowa State faced off against each other back on January 15th. Iowa State dominated at home in that one, taking the game 74-57. the Jayhawks are a much better team at home rather than on the road. I have faith that in front of a raucous Allen Fieldhouse crowd, Kansas will be able to bounce back from their Saturday loss.
