Adama-Alpha-Bal Higher Than 13.5 Points
Pacific pays a visit to Santa Clara tonight. The Tigers allow opponents to average 77.1 points per game this year. That’s 290th in the nation. They also allow opponents to shoot 37.4% from beyond the arc. That’s 339th in the nation. This is an amazing spot for Santa Clara’s Adama-Alpha Bal.
Bal enters this game averaging 15.6 points per game at home this year. He’s gone higher than 13.5 points in three of his last five games. Bal also shoots 38.1% from three-point range at home.
Pacific struggles to defend the perimeter, and Bal can absolutely fill it up when he gets looks. Bal’s PRA total is also in play, but the points is the better number. Let’s lock Bal going higher on his points total into an Underdog Fantasy college basketball entry for February 1st.
Egor Demin Higher Than 2.5 Turnovers
BYU heads to Orlando for a game with UCF. The Very Golden Knights are 63rd in the nation in opponent turnovers. BYU star Egor Demin might be in for a rough afternoon.
Demin averages 2.7 turnovers per game on the road. He’s gone higher than 2.5 turnovers in six out of nine conference games.
Demin’s usage rate has increased since he missed a few games early in the season, and he handles the ball a ton for BYU. He’s also on the road against a tough Big 12 defense. The higher side is the right side here, and it’s the one we’ll want to take in an Underdog Fantasy college basketball entry.
Khaman Maluach Higher Than 6.5 Rebounds
North Carolina pays a visit to Cameron Indoor Arena for a match up with Duke. The Tar Heels enter this game allowing opponents to grab 35.4 rebounds per game. Everyone and his brother will go higher on Cooper Flagg’s PRA total, and it’s already juiced to the sky. Let’s grab Khaman Maluach’s rebounds total in this spot.
Maluach comes into this match up averaging 6.8 rebounds per game at home this year. He’s gone higher than 6.5 rebounds in five of his last eight games. That includes 15 boards in 20 minutes against Miami.
Maluach is an absolute mountain in the post and the Tar Heels don’t really have any two guys who can move him in the post. If it’s near the rim, he’s grabbing it. Maluach should soar over 6.5 boards against a soft UNC team, and you’ll want to go higher in you Underdog Fantasy college basketball entry.
