Selton Miguel Lower Than 2.5 Rebounds
This is a pure player trend play. Maryland guard Selton Miguel averages 1.8 rebounds per game overall. Let’s roll the dice here and take the lower number on his rebounds total.
He’s only gone higher than 2.5 rebounds in one of his last eight games. Miguel managed four rebounds in a game at Northwestern. He’s only gone higher than 2.5 rebounds twice in nine conference games this year.
Indiana is an average rebounding team, and Maryland has at least three other guys who will look to fill up their stat sheet. The play here is to ride the trend, and go lower on Miguel’s rebounds total in your Underdog Fantasy college basketball entry today.
Yaxel Lendeborg Higher Than 13.5 Rebounds+Assists
Old friend alert and system play alert! UAB heads to Memphis for a match up with the Tigers. The play here is to go higher on the 13.5 rebounds and assists total for Dragons big man Yaxel Lendeborg.
Lendeborg averages 8.5 rebounds and 4.3 assists per game on the road this year. However, he’s gone higher than 13.5 rebounds in three out of four true road games played this year. Lendeborg also went higher than 13.5 RA in one out of two games played against Memphis last year.
Memphis allows opponents to dish out 13.9 assists per game this year. That’s 233rd in the nation. The Tigers also allow opponents to average 35.2 rebounds per game this year. That’s 213th in the nation.
Memphis allows opponents to fill up the stat sheet and Lendeborg is really good at picking up counting stats. UAB is also using Lendeborg a bit differently on offense this year. They run the offense through Lendeborg, and he picks up a ton of assists. He’s not just a rebounds guy any more. Pick Lendeborg to go higher on his rebounds and assists total in your Underdog Fantasy college basketball entry for January 26th.
Chance McMillian Higher Than 14.5 Points
Oklahoma State heads to Lubbock, TX for a game against Texas Tech. The Cowboys allow opponents to average 74.9 points per game this year. That’s 235th in the nation. They also allow opponents to shoot 35.5% from three-point range. That’s 272nd in the nation.
Chance McMillian is really good at scoring points and shooting three’s. When playing at home this year, McMillian averages 15.9 points per game, and shoots 50.1% from deep. McMillian has also gone higher than 14.5 points in 10 out of 18 games played this year.
Oklahoma State gives up points and doesn’t defend the perimeter. Look for McMillian to go higher than 14.5 points and lock this play into your Underdog Fantasy college basketball entry for January 26th.
