Perfect 3-0 Pick Em Entries: 13-53
Jackson McAndrew Higher Than 11.5 Points+Rebounds+Assists
This is one that could blow up in our faces, but it’s the right side based on the situation.
Creighton forward Jackson McAndrew averages 21.8 minutes per game on the road. That’s a lot more than the 15.8 minutes he’s averaged at home this year. His usage rate has been greater on the road.
Next, DePaul is not a very good defensive team. The Blue Demons allow opponents to average 73.8 points per game. That’s 205th in the nation. They also allow opponents to dish out 14.8 assists per game and 33.7 rebounds per game.
McAndrew averages 10.6 points, 4.0 rebounds, and 0.3 assists per game when he plays outside of Omaha. He’s also gone higher than 11.5 PRA in four out of eight road games this year
As long as McAndrew gets his normal workload when playing on the road, he should soar over his PRA total in this match up.
Aden Holloway Higher Than 1.5 3-Pointers Made
Vanderbilt stops by Tuscaloosa for a game against the Crimson Tide. You’ll want to go higher on made 3-pointers for Alabama guard Aden Holloway.
Holloway averages 2.4 made three-pointers per game at home this year. He also shoots 38.7% from long range in Coleman Coliseum. Holloway has also gone higher than 1.5 made 3-pointers in 11 out of 18 games played this year.
Vanderbilt allows opponents to shoot 35.4% from beyond the arc this year. That’s 268th in the nation.
Holloway at home against an opponent that struggles to defend the arc is exactly where we want to get him. Make sure you lock this play into your Underdog Fantasy college basketball entry.
Braden Smith Higher Than 4.5 Rebounds
Ohio State heads to Mackey Arena for a game against Purdue. This is a great spot to play the higher total on Braden Smith rebounds.
Smith enters this game averaging 5.0 rebounds per game at home. He’s gone higher than 4.5 rebounds in eight out 19 games played this year. Smith also grabbed six boards in one game played against the Buckeyes last year.
Ohio State allows opponents to average 34.3 rebounds per game this year. That’s 164th in the nation. Their defensive rebound percentage against is 73.9%. That’s 239th in the nation.
Smith is known for filling up a stat sheet from the point guard position. He’s at home and this is a spot that he’s had success in. Ride with the higher rebounds total for Smith in your Underdog Fantasy college basketball entry for January 21st.
