The second NFC Divisional Round game has the Philadelphia Eagles hosting the Los Angeles Rams. The Rams made easy work of the Minnesota Vikings during the Wild Card round with a 27-3 victory. These two teams matched up in Week 12 of the regular season which resulted in a 37-20 victory for the Eagles. Below are the Rams at Eagles Preview and Predictions!
The Los Angeles Rams come into this game fairly healthy. The Rams did have a scary situation with tight end Tyler Higbee who suffered a chest injury and was taken to the hospital for further evaluation. Thankfully, Higbee’s injury wasn’t too serious, and currently is a limited participant in practice.
Meanwhile, the Eagles lost Nakobe Dean for the remainder of the playoffs after he suffered a torn patellar tendon in his knee. The Eagles put Dean on the IR and is out indefinitely. Outside of Nakobe Dean, the Eagles are healthy in this game.

Best Bets
The Philadelphia Eagles come into this game as a six-point favorite at home. As I mentioned above, these teams matched in Week 12 where Saquon Barkley dominated on the ground for 255 rushing yards. I don’t see why Barkley will not have success on the ground again in this game. or 255 yards? Maybe not. But Barkley could easily walk into 110+ yards.
The Eagles have been a very profitable home playoff team. Since the 2017 playoffs, the Eagles are 5-1 SU and 5-1 ATS in those home games. Further, we have a dome team going to the cold temperatures on the East Coast. The Eagles defense has dominated since their bye week and I expect them to continue to play well in this game against the Rams.

Saquon Barkley Over 21.5 Rush Attempts
As I mentioned above these two teams matched up in Week 12 where Saquon Barkley had a career day against the Rams. Barkley had 26 rush attempts for 255 yards. I expect a similar workload for Barkley in this game. In the Wild Card game against the Packers, Barkley had 26 rush attempts. In fact, during the regular season, teams ran 22+ times on 10 different occasions against the Rams. Lastly, Barkley in nine games during the season had 22+ rush attempts.
