The Vikings and Rams game is still scheduled to be the final game of Super Wild Card Weekend on Monday night. However, Due to the fires in and around Los Angeles, the game has been moved. The Rams will host the game at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, the home of division rival Arizona Cardinals. It’ll kick off Monday night at 8:00 p.m. ET on ESPN and ABC. Let’s dive in and take a look at this Vikings-Rams preview and predictions.
Despite going 14-3 in the regular season, the Minnesota Vikings were relegated to the #5 seed in the NFC’s playoffs after falling to the Lions in the final game of the season. That loss snapped a nine-game win streak the Vikings had going.
The Rams started their season just 1-4 before righting the ship. They finished the year with a five-game winning streak before losing in Week 18 to the Seattle Seahawks while resting their starters. These teams played in Week 8 in Los Angeles, a game that saw the Rams win 30-20.

Minnesota Vikings at Los Angeles Rams Preview and Predictions
Kyren Williams Over 82.5 Rushing Yards (-115)
Kyren Williams has been a machine this season. He’s rushed for more than 83 yards in five of the last seven games he’s played in and nine times this season, including a 97-yard effort against the Vikings in that Week 8 matchup. His backup Blake Corum broke his arm last week against the Seahawks. That’ll mean more snaps for Kyren, who had fresh legs after resting in Week 18.
Los Angeles Rams +2.5 (-102)
Sean McVay and company are not a team I’d want to be facing coming into the playoffs hot. They’ve won five of their last six, and covered in five of their last six as well. Los Angeles is 4-1 in their last five games as dogs of two points or more.
The Vikings have also been one of the best teams ATS on the season, but this is Sam Darnold’s first playoff start. This feels like too much of a spot where the ghosts come out and Darnold turns into a pumpkin. I can’t take Darnold over McVay, especially as underdogs. Give me the Rams.
