There aren’t too many exploitable lines from tomorrow’s NBA seven-game slate, mostly due to the questionable status of many key players. But I’ve found a couple of winners for us. Here are your NBA predictions and preview for Tuesday, January 7th.

Phoenix Suns vs Charlotte Hornets

Start Time – 7:00 PM EST

The Phoenix Suns actually won a game on Monday, beating Philadelphia in Philly, ending their four-game losing skid. But, that means that tomorrow night in Charlotte will be the second night of a road back-to-back for them.

So I’m going with my numbers and I’m taking the Charlotte Hornets on the spread. Based on home court, the back-to-back, and advanced stats, Charlotte should be favored by two points tomorrow. I’ll roll the dice on them.

Houston Rockets vs Washington Wizards

Start Time – 7:00 PM EST

There are lots of players listed as questionable for tomorrow’s Houston Rockets vs Washington Wizards game (and Houston is without Tari Eason and Jabari Smith Jr for sure), but it doesn’t really matter. The Rockets are so much better than the league’s worst team – the Wizards – that they’ll beat them handily regardless of who suits up.

Washington got blown out by New Orleans by double-digits in their past two games, for god’s sake. Houston on the spread it is.
