Here are my Updated Week 14 Fantasy Football Rankings. On this week’s episode of Five Minute Fantasy Football, we talk about the week’s starts, sits, and streams. First, we will examine which teams allow the most fantasy points to each fantasy football position. Week 14 is pivotal as we fight for our playoff lives. The NFL decided it would make it even more fun by having 6 teams on a bye this week. There is a good chance you will have to dig deep into the bench or even the waiver wire for starters. The good news is that we have some great matchups to take advantage of this week.

Updated Week 14 Fantasy Football Rankings
Rank (PPG) | QB | RB | WR | TE | K | D/ST |
32 | Jaguars | Panthers | Vikings | Panthers | Raiders | Titans |
31 | Buccaneers | Jaguars | Ravens | Bengals | Falcons | Browns |
30 | Bengals | Bills | Jaguars | Chiefs | Panthers | Giants |
29 | Ravens | Colts | Lions | Raiders | Dolphins | Raiders |
28 | Cowboys | 49ers | Falcons | Colts | Ravens | Seahawks |
Quarterbacks
Over the last four weeks, the Cincinnati Bengals have given up the most fantasy points to the position. But, one of the biggest movers is the New York Jets. The Jets have given up the 2nd most fantasy points to Quarterbacks in the last 4 weeks. Robert Saleh is no longer calling the defense and it shows. This team is in disarray, Davante Adams called them out for their culture the first week he arrived. This week the Bengals play in Dallas and Tua Tagovailoa gets the New York Jets.
Start of the Week – Tua Tagovailoa, Miami Dolphins vs. New York Jets
Tua has been the QB2 over the last 4 weeks and the Jets are allowing 23.95 fantasy points per game to Quarterbacks during that time. We have seen Jonnu Smith emerge finishing TE3, TE2, and TE4 in the last 3 weeks. In PPR scoring he has scored 72.1 points in 3 weeks! Somewhere Arthur Smith is smiling, we know he has Jonnu on his fantasy team. Tua should be higher in your week 14 fantasy football rankings.
Sit of the Week – Geno Smith, Seattle Seahawks at Arizona Cardinals
The Cardinals have allowed only 12 fantasy points per game for quarterbacks over the last month. They are a run-funnel defense that is one of the top defenses to target for Running Backs. Ken Walker is out this week and Zach Charbonnet will have to step in. He is more than capable and the Seahawks will not be afraid to lean on him in a plus matchup. Geno is outside of my top 12 and I would recommend looking for better options this week.
Stream of the Week – Will Levis, Tennessee Titans vs. Jacksonville Jaguars
Every week you can stream your quarterback against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Over the last four weeks, they have allowed 19 points per game, and over the season they have allowed the most points in the league. Trevor Lawrence is on the injured reserve and their defense will be on the field a lot. Levis has been great for fantasy football, despite one or two bone-headed plays a week. He has finished inside the top 20 in 4 straight weeks and is averaging over 19 points per game.
Last week he only ran the ball twice, but he had 20 rushing attempts in the 3 previous weeks. In the last 3 weeks, he is averaging 250 plus passing yards and over 2 touchdowns a game. Put some mayo in your coffee and stream Will Levis this week. Will Levis should be higher in your rest of the season rankings and your week 14 fantasy football rankings.
Running Backs
The 49ers, Giants, and Colts have all allowed over 30 fantasy points per game over the last four weeks. The Jacksonville Jaguars are not far behind, allowing 29.8 fantasy points per game to RBs. These are all matchups to target this week. On the opposite side of things, the Lions, Vikings, and Raiders have allowed less than 15 points per game over this time.
Start of the Week – Alvin Kamara, New Orleans Saints vs. New York Giants
We continue to see Alvin Kamara be the top option in the passing game. But, he draws the New York Giants and their weak run defense. Dexter Lawrence will be a huge loss for the already 2nd worst rushing defense over the last four weeks. Kamara is my RB1 overall this week in my week 14 fantasy football rankings. Love the player, love the matchup, and love the upside.
Sit of the Week – Gus Edwards, Los Angeles Chargers at Kansas City Chiefs
We have seen Edwards return to the starting position as we have seen every year of J.K. Dobbins’ career. But, we continue to see an inefficient runner who is not involved in the passing game. Kimani Vidal could emerge as the top rusher in this backfield if Edwards continues to struggle. This week they get the Chiefs who are allowing the 8th least amount of fantasy points to the running back position.
Stream of the Week – Tony Pollard, Tennessee Titans vs. Jacksonville Jaguars
Pollard let us down last week following an RB5 performance the week before. He has been a little up and down this season and it has correlated with his usage. Pollard has gotten double-digit points in every game and has had over 10 touches. Tony Pollard scored 15 or more fantasy points in six of those games. A lot of this has to do with the game script and the Titans falling behind. They should be ahead and the game script should work to his advantage this week against the Jags.
Wide Receivers
Over the last four weeks, the Saints, Bengals, Falcons, Chiefs, Raiders, and Chargers have all allowed the most fantasy points to Wide Receivers. Over 40 points per game to the position, the Saints lead the pack allowing 44.53 points. They traded Marshan Lattimore and lost their starting slot corner for the season. The Eagles, 49ers, and Seahawks have allowed the least amount of points over the last 4 weeks.
Start of the Week – DeAndre Hopkins, Kansas City Chiefs vs Los Angeles Chargers
DeAndre Hopkins joked that he would need therapy after that dropped pass. He also almost made a ridiculous one-handed catch if he had about 6 more inches of the playing field. Hopkins still hauled down 4 catches for 90 yards. The Chargers were a tough matchup, but in the last four weeks, they have given up 6th most fantasy points to wide receivers. Hopkins is going to eat and is a Must-start this week.
Sit of the Week – Adam Thielen, Carolina Panthers at Philadelphia Eagles
This Eagles defense has been tough and will be a tough test for Bryce Young. The Panthers have looked much better over the last few weeks, even in some tough matchups. But, the Eagles’ Quinyon Mitchell has been putting the clamps on some of the NFL’s best. This is a tough matchup that I recommend avoiding if you can.
Stream of the Week – Wan’Dale Robinson, New York Giants vs. New Orleans Saints
The Saints have given up the most fantasy points to WRs over the last four weeks. I am higher on Wan’Dale Robinson in my Week 14 fantasy football rankings. They also have lost their starting slot WR for the season and traded away Marshon Lattimore. Look for Robinson to get a ton of targets and be a factor in PPR formats. New York will be playing from behind and their left tackle issues will have them getting the ball out quickly.
Tight Ends
The Los Angeles Chargers and Detroit Lions have shut down the tight end position over the last four weeks. They are both allowing less than 7 fantasy points per week. The Falcons, Giants, and 49ers are allowing less than 10 points per game to this position. The teams that have allowed the most points to the fantasy position over the last four weeks are the Browns, Bengals, and Dolphins. They have each allowed over 20 points per game over this time.
Start of the Week – Jonnu Smith, Miami Dolphins vs, New York Jets
The Dolphins have been using Jonnu Smith like we all want Kyle Pitts to be used. He is getting first-read targets, designing plays, and making plays. Smith is one of the premier tackle breakers and runs after the catch guys at this position. He is the George Kittle of this offense and he is playing like George Kittle. Arthur Smith is proud and you should be proud to put him into your lineup.
Sit of the Week – Kyle Pitts, Atlanta Falcons at Minnesota Vikings
Kyle Pitts has continued to disappoint and even the truths have had enough. Jonnu Smith’s emergence is just salt in the wound. Pitts scored 1.9 points in his last 2 games, including 0 points last week. This week he gets the 3rd stingiest defense to the tight end position. It’s time to sit Pitts, you can even cut him in redraft at this point.
Stream of the Week – Pat Freiermuth, Pittsburgh Steelers vs. Cleveland Browns
The Cleveland Browns have allowed the most fantasy points to the tight end position over the last four weeks. Their defense misses Jeremiah Owusu-Koramoah. They are allowing 27..94 points per game over this time, which is 6 points higher than the second highest. We have seen the Muth get loose over the last two weeks, being targeted 11 times. He has turned that into 10 receptions 127 yards, and 1 score.
D/ST
The Atlanta Falcons have allowed the most fantasy points to defense and special teams over the last four weeks. Kirk Cousins has been struggling and now he gets his old team. I am avoiding him this week and the Vikings becoming an interesting streaming option. Jameis Winston is praying to avoid pick-sixes, but he continues to throw them. Tennessee, the Giants, and the Seahawks are all also allowing 10 or more points per week.
D/ST Streaming Options
- Minnesota Vikings vs. Atlanta Falcons
- New Orleans Saints at New York Giants
- Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs. Las Vegas Raiders
- Arizona Cardinals vs. Seattle Seahawks
- Miami Dolphins vs. New York Jets
