The biggest question in this matchup will be the status of the #2 overall pick Jayden Daniels or the Commanders. Meanwhile, the Chicago Bears have strung together three wins in a row, and the offense is clicking on all cylinders during that span. This game was flexed into the afternoon time slot so we will wait and see the status of Jayden Daniels on Sunday. Here are my Bears at Commanders Preview and Predictions.
As I mentioned above, the Bears’ offense is in a good groove right now and is playing well during their winning streak. The Bears have scored at least 24 points in the last three games. The Bears are coming into this game healthy. Meanwhile, the Commanders lost Jonathan Allen to a torn pectoral injury and was placed on the Injured Reserve.
Former Bears defensive end Montez Sweat is looking forward to playing in this game against his former team. Can the offensive success continue for both teams in this game?
Bears at Commanders Preview and Predictions
Best Bets
As I mentioned above, we will wait and see the status of Jayden Daniels. However, if Marcus Mariota gets the start in this game, I expect Kliff Kingsbury to put together a solid offensive plan for him. Mariota also has the ability to utilize his legs to create plays but will have to keep the Commanders ahead of the sticks.
The Bears offense has been playing well and Caleb Williams has developed that chemistry with his receivers. The running game has also made significant strides after a slow start to the season. I do expect to see points between these two teams even if it is Mariota getting the start. Both teams are capable of explosive plays and that should continue in this game.
Best Bet: Bears/Commanders Over 43.5
Player Prop Best Bet
Cole Kmet Over 36.5 Receiving Yards
Cole Kmet has found his role in this Bears’ offense and has contributed in a big way. Kmet has 50+ receiving yards in three out of the last four games for the Bears. Furthermore, the Commanders are allowing 51 receiving yards to the tight end position thus far this season. I expect the targets to be there for Kmet and for him to have another big game.
