(CAA) Coastal Athletic Association College Basketball Preview 2024-25

The College Basketball Experience (@TCEonSGPN) of the Sports Gambling Podcast Network releases their Coastal Athletic Association College Basketball Preview for the 2024-25 season. On the show Ryan McIntyre (@Moneyline_Mac) and Noah Bieniek (@NoahB77_) break down every single CAA basketball team and key in on how they think the conference race will shake out.

Last year College of Charleston swept both the regular season and conference tournament titles. Pat Kelsey led the Cougars to back to back NCAA Tournament appearances. He took the Louisville job in the offseason and Kelsey’s good friend Chris Mack replaced him. Most of the team scattered into the transfer portal but Charleston still has Ante Brzovic (’24-’25 CAA Preseason Player of the Year). Mack collected a large assortment of deep ball shooters to surround Brzovic. Is CofC the frontrunner once again in the CAA?

Towson returns their top four scorers from last year’s Top CAA defense. Are the Tigers the preseason favorite? Northeastern returns four guys that played 22+ minutes per game. William & Mary bring back five players that averaged over 23 minutes per contest. What kind of expectations do solid defensive programs UNC Wilmington and Hofstra have this season? Delaware repaired their roster with the transfer portal. Campbell returns three starters but don’t bring back their top 2 scorers.

Mac and Bieniek finish the Coastal Athletic Association College Basketball Preview with some takes. What are their projected standings at the end of the year? The guys also provide their CAA Basketball sleepers and bust predictions.
