Oh, the storylines in this game between two NFC East rivals the Eagles and the Giants. The return of Saquon Barkley to MetLife Stadium after he departed the Giants to join the Eagles. What type of reception will Barkley get? We shall see. The Giants come into this game without their best offensive lineman Andrew Thomas who is lost for the season. Meanwhile, the circus of Nick Sirianni continues as he is seen screaming at the home fans in their win against the Browns. Below are my Eagles at Giants preview and predictions.
While the Giants lose their left tackle Andrew Thomas, they will see the return of Malik Nabers who missed the last two games with a concussion. The loss of Thomas is a huge blow to this team that was protecting Daniel Jones’s blind side. Now, the Giants have to shift their linemen around going forward.
There has been plenty of talk about the Eagles and whether there is a disconnect between players and the head coach Sirriani. We’ve seen his antics by on the sideline and most recently screaming at the home team fans. But this game will be certainly intriguing on all fronts with the return of Saquon Barkley. The Eagles will also be without Jordan Mailata for a few weeks who is dealing with a hamstring injury. However, the good news for the Eagles is the return of their top two wide receivers, A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith.
Eagles at Giants Preview and Predictions

Since Brian Daboll took over as the head coach of the New York Giants, he has fared pretty well in division games. The Giants are 9-6 ATS in division games under Daboll. Furthermore, against the Eagles, the Giants are 3-2 ATS in that span but 1-4 SU. Meanwhile, Nick Sirianni is 5-2 SU against the Giants in his career.
Most Giants fans will tell you the loss of Andrew Thomas is huge and I couldn’t agree more. For a team that has struggled on the offensive line could be massive against the Eagles in this game. Since the 2022 season, the Giants are 13-6-1 towards the Under and 4-2-1 to the Under in division home games. There seems to be a struggle in the Eagles offense and a lack of explosive plays. I am expecting this game to be a rock fight and both defenses to step up!

Saquon Barkley Rushing + Receiving Over 100.5
Yes, I will be the square ball here and take Saquon Barkley to rack up the yardage against his former team. As great as Saquon was for the Giants he now has an above-average offensive line with the Eagles and has excelled. Despite coming off a rough game against the Browns, I am certain that Barkley has this game circled on his schedule. I expect a huge day for Barkley to rack up the yardage!
