The Devante Adams saga in Las Vegas has come to an end as they finally shipped him off to New York to be reunited with Aaron Rodgers, and suddenly his hamstring feels a lot better. The Raiders have their own worries though without Adams. They’ve made the switch to Aidan O’Connell who looked okay in a loss to the Steelers last week. Jakobi Meyers also remains questionable for the Raiders.
The Rams are just 1-4 coming into this game after a disappointing start to the season. That start was in part due to a massive amount of injuries including to receivers Cooper Kupp and Puka Nacua. Good news for the Rams, Cooper Kupp is back at practice and looks on track to play Sunday.

Brock Bowers Over 58.5 Receiving Yards (-121)
This one is a pretty simple handicap. Devante Adams is out of town, Jakobi Meyers is banged up and may or may not play. Tre Tucker is the only other option, but O’Connell is going to look the way of Bowers a lot. The Raiders will likely be down in this game, and the Rams are going to allow the little stuff over the middle.

The rookie tight end has been a stud this season for the Raiders. Over the last two games, he’s averaged 11 targets and 8.5 receptions. He’s gone over the 58.5-yard mark in four of their six games yet including 71 yards last week and 97 in Week 5. He’s one of the only options, and he’s reliable. I’d ride this ladder all the way to 120+ yards at +950.
Los Angeles Rams -6 (-120)
This is another easy bet for me. The Raiders are not a good team. I’ve said from the start that hiring Antonio Pierce was a mistake and we’re seeing that play out on the field. O’Connell starting, and Adams being shipped out of town it seems like they’ve already raised the white flag.
On the other side, you have a competent coach. They potentially have Cooper Kupp coming back, and this is a game the Rams need badly to keep any hopes of their season alive. The Rams roll in this one.
