The weekend is here in Northern California and we have some slips to cash! We have had a very interesting two days with extremely varying scores. The guys up top are the golfers who are getting good fortune off the tee and making a ton of putts. The putting aspect is not easy to predict but we can surely find some of the best off the tee players here. Conners did not look like himself in round one. He hit the range and found his game ahead of round two. I expect that to continue in round three and over the weekend. He is a golfer who is not scared to back door a top finish and I can see that happening here. Conners generally hits a ton of fairways and greens which elevates his ceiling. Look for Conners to work his way up the leaderboard and help cash you an Underdog Fantasy Pick ‘Em slip.
Luke Clanton Higher Than 69.5 Strokes
The kid has been impressive thus far but the pressure is starting to mount. I really like the fade on Clanton for your Underdog Pick ‘Em entries on Saturday. His short game is abysmal and the conditions will only get tougher heading into the weekend. I can really see Luke going out there and shooting a round in the 70s. Even a round of 70 would be solid for him, and still cash out prop!
