Day two of The TOUR Championship is here. The new East Lake Golf Club showed its teeth on day one. It was a fun watch and looked so solid. The new greens were extremely firm, and missing the fairways were extremely penal. The golfers who could play from the fairway at a high rate rose to the top. Here are my TOUR Championship Underdog Fantasy Pick’em plays for round two.

Russ Henley Higher Than 4 Birdies
Henley striped the ball in round one but left a tad to be desired on the putting greens. Russell Henley is a generational fairway plus approach player and loves to putt on Bermuda Grass. I know he will figure out these greens sooner than later, which will very well be in round two.
Henley is a Georgia guy and has done it on Bermuda many times in his career. Look for him to roll a few in round two and help you cash an Underdog Pick’em slip.
Viktor Hovland lower Than 68.5 Strokes
Shooting under par with two double bogeys at this version of East Lake is crazy impressive. Viktor continues to sharpen up his game and look more confident. Anytime he is playing free, he is dangerous. Look for Vik to sharpen up his game and post a much cleaner round in round two. Hovland is a great candidate for your Underdog Pick’em slip.
