Next month you will be drafting, it’s time to starting mocking. The best thing you can do to prepare for fantasy football season is to practice. Do a few mock drafts with the settings your league uses. Even better from your draft spot, if you know where you are drafting. We all know you should be drafting Christian McCaffrey. But, Who else should you draft in 2024? Here is a full mock draft with standard 1QB, 12 team, and PPR (1 point-per-reception) league.
Fantasy Football Mock Draft: Who Should You Draft in 2024?
How can a Mock Draft help you in Fantasy Football? The same way practicing anything else, is why. You can try different strategies to see which teams you like best. A fantasy football mock draft can show you positional trends and values. Look at each position, see where the values are that you like. If you like the running backs in the 5th or 6th round as much as the 3rd and 4th round, then wait. If you don’t like the 7th and 8th round wide receivers, don’t wait to get your 2nd or 3rd wide receiver.
You only get one shot at your fantasy football draft, no mulligans. If you hate your mock draft, just do another one. Try out Zero-RB, you might actually like it. My preferred strategy in 1 quarterback leagues is grabbing a mid-round quarterback. Full point per reception does make a difference, especially for pass-catching backs or wide receivers. I prefer early tight end, but you can wait. There is more parity that usual at the position, giving you more options. Here is the mock draft, what do you think?
