Underdog Fantasy NBA Daily Pick ‘Em Plays – April 28

Joel Embiid – Higher than 33.5 Points

Of course Joel Embiid will score at least 34 points in Game 4 against the New York Knicks, right?! The hobbled, Bell’s Palsy-afflicted big man managed 50 last game, and opposing big man, Mitchell Robinson may be out with an injury tomorrow.

Embiid has gradually gotten better with each game this series as he knocks off the rust from his prolonged regular-season absence. He’s scored more points in each successive game, topping this 33.5-point projection in the last two.

Paul George – Higher than 8.0 Rebounds + Assists

Paul George isn’t having a Paul George-esque series for the Los Angeles Clippers, only averaging 17.0 ppg and 30% from three-point range. However, he’s been on point with his rebounds and assists.

So let’s take the higher than eight rebounds plus assists play for Game 4. George is averaging 8.3 for the series and has topped eight in four of his last six games, including two games in the playoffs.

Pascal Siakam – Higher than 13.5 Rebounds + Assists

We’ll stick with the rebounds plus assists play, and take the higher than 13.5 for Indiana’s Pascal Siakam. While his scoring was down in the Pacers’ epic Game 3 win, the boards and assists were still there.

Actually, Game 3 was the only game that Siakam didn’t beat this 13.5 boards plus dimes projection – but he did end up with 13. He had 15 in Game 1, 17 in Game 2, and is averaging 15 for the series.
