There is nothing like making money on the best week of the golfing year. Normally, I stay in the outright markets and DFS streets, but since it is Masters Week, let’s step outside the box a little. Below, we will take a look at a few Masters props and bets that I find worth it to sprinkle ahead of the 2024 Masters.

The 2024 Masters Props and Bets
Xander Schauffele Top 10 in all Majors +2000
Year in and year out, Xander is a trendy pick in the majors because he is a model of consistency across the board. Schauffele checks every box in terms of key stats and course fit and has a great course history at Augusta National and the most difficult venues. What he lacks is “dog”. What I mean by that is Xander has yet to prove he has that next gear or has the guts to go out and win one of these things.
At the biggest events, nothing will be handed to you. What Xander surely has is the top-10 upside. He can easily get out to a hot start like he did at the 2023 US Open or can easily backdoor a top-10 as he does so often. Xander has so many paths to finish inside the top-10 at these events, and it may just be the year he breaks through. 20/1 is a fun sprinkle for him to finish high in all four majors this year.

Top Debutant Stephan Jaeger +1200
Jaeger is coming off a win in his last start two weeks ago to get into this Masters field. That was his first win on tour, but he was surely trending towards it. Jaeger is a fearless golfer with plenty of distance off the tee, which is extremely important here. The great thing about this market is that none of the competitors have much feel for the course! This is quite literally the top debutant market, and everyone will be making their first go-around.

The top of this market includes Ludvig Aberg, Wyndham Clark, and Akshay Bhatia. I would say Wyndham is the biggest threat. Ludvig is a plus tee to green player, but he is extremely young. This is also his first major, and he has done his best work on shorter tracks. At 12/1, Jaeger is surely worth a sprinkle as he just has to beat a few names, and I love the way the course sets up for him off the tee. He is a great addition to your Masters Props and Bets card.
Tiger Woods to Make The Cut +110
Tiger! The Big Cat is back for another Masters. He is looking to extend his Masters made cut streak to a whopping 24! Over the last few years, we have seen an objectively injured golfer. In those few starts, he actually hit the ball well. Course history and nuance are arguably the most important factors around Augusta National. You can say Tiger Woods has more knowledge than anyone in that aspect.
Making the cut is not a hard feat around Augusta National. The field is so short and we are getting plus money on the golfer who knows the course best. Don’t overthink it, Tiger is playing this weekend and is a great selection to your Masters Props and Bets card.
