The Quick Pick: Daily NHL Underdog Fantasy Pick ’em Picks for April 4

The Quick Pick: Daily NHL Underdog Fantasy Pick ’em Picks for April 4 Well, degens. Wednesday night, we missed out on a third consecutive banger thanks to the Edmonton Oilers getting goose-egged. Still, we are now eight for our last nine entries, and The Quick Pick tailers this week are up big. Let’s shift our focus to Thursday’s nine-game NHL slate and stay as hot as an adult film star. And if that isn’t your thing, then just climb aboard our freight train and enjoy the ride. Thursday night’s NHL Underdog entries may look like a few frequent flyers, but we smell a banger! Here are my three best NHL Underdog Fantasy Picks for April 4.

The Quick Pick: Daily NHL Underdog Fantasy Pick ’em Picks for April 4

Victor Hedman Higher Than 0.5 Points

Once more into the fray, we go with Tampa Bay Lightning defenseman Victor Hedman. Last night, he logged the point we needed within 10 minutes of the first period. Therefore, it only seems right and just to go back to the well on Thursday. Tonight, Hedman and the Lightning will be in Montreal for a matchup against the mediocre Canadiens.
And our boy Hedman has now tallied a point in nine of his last eleven games. Oh, by the way? Victor has four assists across three games against Montreal this season. Like Thundergun Express, we’re taking Victor Hedman to go Higher Than 0.5 Points without any hesitation or surrender!

Gustav Nyquist Higher Than 0.5 Points

Nashville will skate on home ice Thursday night, welcoming the average-at-best St. Louis Blues to town. This Predators team was cooking with gas in the months of February and March. All of their effort now looks to be rewarded with what should be an all but certain Wild Card spot. A large factor in their success is the play of Swedish center Gustav Nyquist. With 68 points on the season, he has tallied at least one point in eight of his last nine games. And, Nyquist has managed to log a point in each of his two games against St. Louis this season. So, we’re going for the Nyquist trifecta here and taking the Higher Than 0.5 Points against the Blues.

Nazem Kadri Higher Than 0.5 Points

It would seem that the Calgary Flames know only pain and suffering this season. Coming into Thursday night’s game against the Jets, they’re playoff hopes are “zero point zero, Mr. Blutoski.” But, that doesn’t mean we can’t exploit one of their top players into helping us cash our banger! The gritty, veteran center Nazem Kadri has put together a 24-goal and 41-assist campaign. Heading into tonight, Kadri has now tallied a point in each of his last four games. His last time against Winnipeg, he tallied three points, so tonight, he should be able to bag just one! Let’s take Nazem Kadri to go Higher Than 0.5 Points and collect our winnings at the window.
