Well, degens. Sunday brought the luck of the Irish to us because we knocked in a three-for-three 6.6x profit banger. For those keeping score at home, last week, the Standard option Underdog user ended up with an 11.7x profit on our entries, while those Underdog players using the Insured option ended up with a solid 6.67x profit.
If you aren’t reading The Quick Pick, then you aren’t playing. And if you aren’t playing, then you aren’t winning. But it’s a new week, and that means another chance for you to get on board the freight train. Monday’s two-game NHL slate is lighter than non-alcoholic beer. But we’re rolling hot dice, so it’s time to build another banger. Here are my three best NHL Underdog Fantasy Picks for March 18.

Nazem Kadri Higher Than 0.5 Points
The Calgary Flames welcome the Washington Capitals into town on Monday night. Both teams have it all to play for as they are fighting for a playoff spot. With the stakes as high as they are, I lean toward the home team talisman, Nazem Kadri.
The veteran center is up to 59 points this season and comes into tonight with a three-game point streak. Kadri also has strung together a solid 14 points across his last 12 games.
What we’re trying to say is that Nazem Kadri can be relied upon in the big moments. Let’s keep it simple with our first entry and take Nazem Kadri Higher Than 0.5 Points against the Capitals.
JJ Peterka Higher Than 0.5 Points (1.25x Odds)
Oh, where do we begin with these Buffalo Sabres? They had a real opportunity at the weekend to keep themselves in the playoff hunt. But in true Buffalo fashion, they squandered that chance. Buffalo now travels to Seattle, a team they have not yet bet in their existence in the NHL.
And their playoff chances are on life support. So, we’re taking a swing at a nice price on youngster JJ Peterka. He’s put together a 40-point season and comes into Monday with two points in his last three games. Peterka has also shown some grit out West by logging points in San Jose and Anaheim earlier this season.
We’re trusting the German engineering with this second entry. Come on dealer, give us that JJ Peterka Higher Than 0.5 Points against the Kraken.
Oliver Bjorkstrand Higher Than 0.5 Points
The Seattle Kraken’s playoff hopes come in at around 17%, and two points are an absolute must tonight. With their back against the wall, it’s Oliver Bjorkstrand time.
Their All-Star representative this season has put together a 48-point season. He also comes into Monday’s matchup with a three-game point streak and five in his last six.
When the going gets tough, the Kraken look to Ollie for a lifeline. So, we’re taking Oliver Bjorkstrand to go Higher Than 0.5 Points and cashing a second consecutive banger!
Best Ways to Build Your Monday Card
-Play these two players together using the “Standard” option on Underdog for a 6x winner
-Play all three players together using the “Insured” option on Underdog for a chance at a 3x winner for all three or a 1x winner for getting two out of three.
