Thursday night, The Quick Pick became a member of the Bricklayer’s union after going just one out of three. Luckily, readers and tailers this week are still up over 5x or 3x profits, depending on the Underdog option used. Friday’s are typically a slow day in the NHL and tonight is no different.
With just a two-game slate to work with, our theme music tonight is Points, Points, Points. So let’s saddle up and ride, degens. There is about to be a new banger in town! Here are my three best NHL Underdog Fantasy Picks for March 15.

Nikolaj Ehlers Higher Than 0.5 Points
The Winnipeg Jets really need two points, and tonight, they’ll welcome the Anaheim Ducks onto their ice. The Jets have games in hand on the Western Conference leaders. So, with the top spot in the West not yet lost, I expect a good showing in this spot. Winger Nikolaj Ehlers has put together a solid 19-goal and 26-assist season to date.
He has also been a Duck killer in two games against them this season, tallying one goal and one assist. Points have been at a premium for Ehlers lately but I expect plenty of Jets to be in on the action tonight. Let’s go ahead and take a swing at Nikolaj Ehlers’ Higher Than 0.5 Points tonight against the Ducks.
Drew Doughty Higher Than 0.5 Points
The LA Kings are inching closer to locking up a playoff spot, and tonight they travel to Chicago. This game should be a two-point lay-up for the Kings, but the Hawks have played teams tough recently. Veteran defenseman and Stanley Cup Champion Drew Doughty is in fine form coming into tonight. He is currently riding a four-game point/assist streak, and tonight, he’s going to make it five.
The pedigree and experience will win the day here, and Doughty will get this second Underdog entry home. So, go ahead and mash Higher Than 0.5 Points on Drew Doughty tonight.
Connor Bedard Higher Than 0.5 Points
The Chicago Blackhawks have been a minnow swimming in a large-mouth bass pond for the entire season. However, the kid Connor Bedard has lived up to all of the hype.
Even with an injury stint, Bedard has tallied 20 goals and 31 assists in his rookie campaign. He is also coming into tonight with ten points in his last four games. That really is all that needs to be said about this one.
Bedard is a stud and will find his name on tonight’s box score. Let’s take Connor Bedard Higher Than 0.5 Points and cash this big old banger!
