The Devils have been slipping of late and come into Monday against the Kraken six points outside of the playoffs. They’ll need to get it going, and the return of winger Tyler Toffoli should help. It’s only been two games since his return, but Toffoli has yet to notch a point.
He has logged 11 shots on goal in his last two games, so the points should be coming. In a must-win game on Monday, let’s trust Toffoli to pick his team up. Press the Higher Than 0.5 Points on Tyler Toffoli against the Kraken.
Joel Farabee Higher Than 0.5 Points
I’ve never loved the Flyers as a team, but something about the way Joel Farabee plays is exciting. He comes into Monday’s game against the Coyotes with 17 goals and 24 assists. Tonight, we’re looking for a point of any kind. Back on December 7, when the Flyers were in Arizona, Farabee netted a goal against the Yotes.
The Flyers are cooking with three wins in a row; with Farabee’s help tonight, I think they’ll make it four. Trust the Syracuse, NY kid and grab Higher Than 0.5 Points for Joel Farabee against the Coyotes.
Brock Faber Higher Than 0.5 Points
Our third NHL Underdog entry on Monday night will be playing in the city that just hosted the Super Bowl. Wild defenseman Brock Faber has been tearing the cover off the puck lately, with four points in his last five games.
Tonight, against a tough VGK team, the Wild will need him to play his part. The recency bias and an outside glimmer of hope of reaching the playoffs will see this point in the hole. We’re nabbing Brock Faber to go Higher Than 0.5 Points against the VGK on Monday to complete our banger!
