Ian Schieffelin (Clemson) Higher Than 22.5 PRA
Clemson has had a rough stretch of games lately, and they will look to right the ship against Boston College on Saturday afternoon. One guy who looks to be breaking out for the Tigers, even through the team’s struggles, has been Ian Schieffelin.
Schieffelin has combined for more than 22.5 points, rebounds, and assists in eight of Clemson’s last 10 games. Strong trends back up this player projection as the higher than 22.5 PRA is 4-0 in ACC play and 7-0 vs high major competition.
The Eagles’ frontcourt is pretty good, and Quentin Post may neutralize the Tigers’ star center, PJ Hall. I think Schieffelin will indirectly benefit on the stat sheet because of that.
Jeremy Roach (Duke) Higher Than 15.5 Points
It is very early in conference play, but we’re already seeing our first power conference “revenge” spot of the season. Georgia Tech defeated Duke, and the court was stormed when these two teams played earlier this year.
Jeremy Roach scored 20 points in that game. The Blue Devils’ point guard has also scored more than 15.5 points in eight of his last 10 games.
Jaylin Sellers (UCF) Lower Than 21.5 PRA
UCF just defeated the Kansas Jayhawks and the students rushed the floor in their last game. It is an understandable letdown spot for the Knights, who are new to the Big 12.
BYU ranks 11th on KenPom in adjusted defensive efficiency. UCF stud Jaylin Sellers has put up less than 21.5 points, rebounds, and assists in seven of his last games. The under on this player projection is also 2-0 in the Knights’ first two Big 12 games.
