Best Week 17 DraftKings Value Plays

One of the keys to building a good lineup each week on DraftKings is unlocking good value plays. You may only need two or three of these players in your lineup, but they’ll unlock the ability to play stud players with incredibly high ceilings. I’ve outlined the best value plays at each position on DraftKings for Week 17.

Best Week 17 DraftKings Value Plays

Quarterback:

Jarrett Stidham ($4.8K)  – The Broncos and Sean Payton have benched Russell Wilson for Stidham for Week 17. Stidham looked great at the end of last season for the Raiders. He has a great match-up vs the Chargers defense for this price. He’s my favorite punt QB play.

Jacoby Brissett ($4.9K) – Brissett is also now QB1 after Sam Howell was benched. He has a touch match-up vs. the 49ers, but in a likely very negative game script, he should be throwing the ball a lot.

HONORABLE MENTION:  Mason Rudolph ($5K), Ryan Tannehill ($4.9K), Taylor Heinicke ($4.9K)

Running back:

Antonio Gibson ($5.2K) – The Washington running back room is very thin now, so it is likely that Gibson will have most of the workload and catch the ball well out of the backfield in a negative game script.

Najee Harris ($5K) – Harris had a great game vs. the Bengals in Week 16. Even though it is a split backfield, he usually gets the goal line opportunities and slightly more work. That is great value at this price.

HONORABLE MENTION:  Zamir White ($5.0K) if Josh Jacobs is out / Clyde Edwards-Helaire ($5.3K) if Isiah Pacheco is out

Wide Receiver:

Darius Slayton ($3.4K) – Slayton had a big game on Christmas Day with Tyrod Taylor at QB. Look for him to be Taylor’s main target vs the Rams.

Marvin Mims ($3.5K) – Mims also had a big game Christmas night and looks to run it back if Courtland Sutton is out. Mims is on the injury report, but if he’s good to go, I like him with Jarrett Stidham as a cheap stack.

HONORABLE MENTION:  Slightly more expensive – Demario Douglas ($4.3K), Curtis Samuel ($4.4K), Rashid Shaheed ($4.6K)

Tight End:

Gerald Everett ($3.5K) – Everett has been getting peppered with targets, with Easton Stick as his QB. This is a great price for that volume.

Tanner Hudson ($3.3K) – Hudson had a letdown game vs. the Steelers, but this is a great price for a TE who has been very involved with Jake Browning at QB.

HONORABLE MENTION:  Logan Thomas ($3.5K), Chig Okonkwo ($3.6K)
