If you can pair NFL Football with College Basketball on the same day, then you do it. Sunday presents some finales in early-season tournaments. You may notice a 10:30 AM EST tip between Wyoming and Furman. Here are the recommended November 19th College Basketball Picks. Let it Ride.
College Basketball Picks – November 19th
Kansas State vs. Miami (-3.5) (O/U 157.5)
Kansas State was our pick against Providence. That game had every emotion and even a punch thrown. We spoke about ‘spots’ when making the Wildcats our pick over the Friars. It just so happens we find ourselves with another spot involving the same team. Backing the Hurricanes here with Kansas State’s game being emotionally and physically draining.
Miami has a better starting five than last season’s run and comes into the matchup perfect on the record and relatively untested. The Hurricanes should be able to win this ball game before heading to take on Kentucky on November 28th. This is not a look-ahead spot for the Hurricanes, as both teams are dialed in on this final in the Bahamas. If Miami can limit what Cam Carter and Tylor Perry can do from beyond the arc, then this is a comfortable cover.
The Pick: Miami -3.5

St. John’s vs Utah (-4.5) (O/U 150.5)
It may feel like you’re reading about a St. John’s game every other day. Rick Pitino has put eyes on this program again, and gambling interest has followed. This match-up between St. John’s and Utah is the third-place game in the Shriner’s tournament. Expect full effort from both teams despite their expectations going in.
St. John’s comes into the matchup after losing a hard-fought game to Dayton. Dayton’s starting frontcourt combined for 40 of the Flyers’ 88 points against the Johnnies. Utah matched up with National Title Contenders Houston and was tied with 7 minutes to go. Houston then went on a 20-10 run to put Utah away. A promising start from Utah, while the hype train seems to be slowing for St. John’s. Backing the Utes and their front court size to pose problems for Joel Soriano and St. John’s.
The Pick: Utah -4.5
