Set reminders that there is a tip-off before noon for College Basketball again. Here are the College Basketball Picks to fund your happy hour on Friday, November 17th.
College Basketball Picks – November 17th
Kansas State vs Providence (-1.5) (O/U 146.5)
We had to take a trip to the Bahamas, even if just in the picks. Providence is laying points to Kansas State on a neutral court. The Wildcats went 6-2 at neutral site locations a year ago. This is Providence’s first time in the Bahamas. Not only is there a new coach, but they are off their 72-59 win vs Wisconsin. Backing the Kansas State Wildcats, although the Friars found their stroke early at home against Wisconsin. Providence sports 15-26 record all-time against teams from the Big 12.
Kim English is a respectable head coach, but this spot is a tough one with travel and back-to-back quality opponents. Both teams were in the same sub-regional in the NCAA Tournament. Only one team goes to the Bahamas with the same coach. Cam Carter (19) and Tylor Perry (20.7) combined average 39.7 ppg for Kansas State and Jerome Tang this season.
The Pick: Kansas State Moneyline

Belmont vs Arizona (-23.5) (O/U 170)
Not to be confused with Bellemont, Arizona. That’s a real place. Belmont is a real team. Belmont is a solidified OVC championship contender. Cade Tyson could miss the game vs Arizona for the OVC title hopefuls. That is the status to monitor. Without Cade Tyson, then Belmont would be hard-pressed to keep pace with the Wildcats.
The Wildcats are averaging 99 points per game and have six players averaging double figures. Arizona is led by SDSU Aztec transfer Keshad Johnson, who leads the team in scoring and rebounding. Belmont has given up 87 to Georgia State and 99 in a loss to Furman. Things could be tougher offensively and defensively for Belmont if Cade Tyson does not play. Rooting for Arizona to score will be the easy part.
The Pick: Over 170
Best of luck for November 17th! Let it Ride!
