College Basketball Picks November 16th
Charleston (-1.5) vs. Vermont (O/U 145.5)
Two NCAA tournament teams from last season meet up in Myrtle Beach for the Myrtle Beach Invitational. Vermont has been a model of mid-major success over the last decade, and Charleston is quickly following in their footsteps. These two teams can shoot the lights out on a given day and provide an upside to beat a legit power five team.
The matchup between these two will be beautiful to watch at 11:30 am as both teams love to push the pace and score the basketball. Recipe for an over. With the total set at 145.5, I like the over in this one.

Furman vs Liberty (-1.5) (O/U 145.5)
Another matchup of NCAA Tournament teams at this Myrtle Beach invitational. As we all know, Furman upset Virginia in round one of the Tournament in what was an epic game. They come in losing their two best players this season but are still the conference favorite and will be extremely solid this season.
Liberty is another model Mid Major program, and they are only getting better. Advancing into Conference USA from the A-Sun, they are forced to recruit harder and play better. The improved level of basketball combined with Furman losing a few dogs has me leaning with the flames in this matchup.
