College Basketball Picks – November 15th
Central Michigan at South Florida (-17.5) (O/U 145.5)
Central Michigan makes the trip down to South Florida to take on a Bulls team that was impressive in their first game. CMU is looking for their first win. This will be CMU’s fourth game since November 6th and its third game away from home in that span. The Chippewas have lost by 28.5 ppg on the road this year (week), and CMU is on an eight-game outright losing streak that dates back to last season.
Meanwhile, the South Florida Bulls disposed of South Carolina State by 44, led by Kennesaw State transfer Chris Youngblood. Amir Abdur-Rahim brought Chris Youngblood as they both made the move to South Florida from Kennesaw State in the offseason. The duo also brought NCAA Tournament experience from a year ago as well with the intention of going back. Back the Bulls at home, as they might be flying under the radar.

Stony Brook at Nebraska (-16.5) (O/U 139.5)
Nebraska is another team that is already set to play their fourth game of the young season. However, the Huskers are looking to move to 4-0 on the season after this matchup. Fred Hoiberg’s squad is running rotations and staying fresh with big contributions off the bench.
The Huskers have hit 30 three-pointers through the first three games, as is Hoiberg’s DNA, but their defense has been impressive. Expect the Huskers to continue to keep fresh with consistent rotations as Oregon State travels to Lincoln on the 18th. This will be Keisei Tominaga’s second game this season after missing the first two with a twisted ankle.
The key for the Huskers will be to keep him healthy if they want to make a run. Rienk Mast has taken a step forward with two straight double-doubles as Nebraska waits for Tominaga to find his shot. Putting the money behind Nebraska’s outside game and home court to continue to hot start on the season.
