• Not sure what to make of Grayland Arnold and his low 70% snap counts the last two weeks. It’s worth the IDP dime drop here to at least monitor one more week.

• Unfortunately, Kwity Paye (concussion) is questionable and just entered the NFL’s protocol, making Dayo Odeyingbo an interesting dart throw in deeper leagues.

• Andrew Van Ginkel may have carved a little bigger role out while Jaelan Phillips has been out.
• DeShon Elliott (groin) may still be out in Week 5. If so, Brandon Jones would replace him again, just not the strength at this point.
• David Long saw another pump in snaps and cluttered or cleared up the situation, leaving us with trust issues. Depending if your glass is half full or empty. In this case, it really hurts their strengths versus the Giants.

• Matthew Judon (biceps) is scheduled to undergo surgery and miss at least two months. The thinking now is that Josh Uche will come into play.
• DL Deatrich Wise (featured image) will also see a slight bump as an outside pass rusher, and he’s very capable of doing so.
• It’s a very good matchup across the DLs. However, the IDL depth players (not listed) rotating in, hurts anyone not named Wise.

New York Jets

• Although Adrian Amos has been producing, we assume he’s still the backup to Tony Adams (hamstring).
• The consistency in playing time versus production across the DLs is sporadic in both directions. Hence securing Quinnen Williams as the only trustworthy play in a strong matchup. The two other IDLs listed are the rotational (production) winners per snap in Week 4. Minus Jermaine Johnson, who saw a reduction in snaps in Week 4.
• The biggest name to say was removed was DE/DL John Franklin-Myers. He does play as much as any of the other “starters”, but since Week 1 has done very little while the recently added has. So, with the Jets, we’re making an exception and opting to go with IDP targets over a normal depth chart.
• In deep IDP degen leagues, this will be handy for the NFL bye-week as deeper dart throws this week.

• Elandon Roberts blowing up in Week 4 with (just) 59% of the snaps doesn’t help anyone heading into Week 5 in a strong ILB matchup.
• Mike Tomlin has screamed that something going to change really, the only major thing wrong again is the inside linebackers on defense.
• So we think Roberts is about to get a bump; just don’t bank on it in Week 5, maybe not even in Week 6, as Tomlin goes.
• If it matters, it seemed Kwon Alexander was the ILB that took the hit with Roberts’s performance underway last weekend.
