College Career
After a solid first season where he had 510 yards and 8 touchdowns, he followed that up with an absolutely dominating performance as an athletic tight end for the Utes.
Rec | Yds | TD | YPC | |
2020 | 1 | 14 | 0 | 14.0 |
2021 | 36 | 510 | 8 | 14.2 |
2022 | 70 | 890 | 8 | 12.7 |
TE Pros
Playmaker
Just look at the USC game. He was uncoverable against a superior opponent. He is great at slowplaying routes and exploding into open space.
Hands
Great hands and the ability to not let the ball get into his body. He is a natural catcher likely because of his basketball background.

Athletic Skillset
When you watch Kincaid on film, he is a clear athlete. He is able to use that advantage and it covers up some of his weaknesses.
TE Cons
Raw Prospect
Used as a pure receiving guy with not a lot of route concepts and intricate blocking schemes. Will definitely need some time to develop into a three-down tight end.
Blocking
240 pounds is a small frame for a TE to be an effective blocker. He wasn’t asked to do a lot of it. Saw some upside in getting in the way but not true blocking.
Size
While not ideal for a three-down TE, if you look at the top 12 tight ends in the 2022 NFL season, three of them were 240 or below and another two were at 245. So maybe this isn’t as big of a deal as we think.
