Quentin Johnston brings the prototypical size and speed to the WR position for the 2023 NFL Draft. He has a great blend, and the 4-star recruit put a good career together while attending TCU. He won a state championship in the high jump and brings that athleticism to the field.

College Career
Quentin Johnston showed three years of progression, seeing improvements in receptions, yardage, and touchdowns in each season. He had his best season to date while going to the NCAA College Football Championship game with 60 catches for 1,069 yards, 6 TD, and a 31.0% dominator rating.

Johnston is one of the few size and speed wide receivers in this class. That will likely push him up the board.
Tackle Breaking
His size and speed make it tough for guys to take him down on contact. He also had a pretty solid 19 forced missed tackles on only 60 catches.
Improvement
One thing that matters to me a ton is the ability to get better from year to year. We see that with Johnston in virtually all categories. He was the true alpha for the Horned Frogs.
