Here are the quarterbacks, defenses, tight ends, and kickers to stream for Week 13.

Fantasy Football Players to Stream for Week 13: Streamers at Quarterback, Tight End, Kicker, and Defense
Week 13 Quarterback Streamers
Tyrod Taylor (QB) Houston Texans
Even though the Houston Texans are an awful football team, Tyrod Taylor has been an underrated fantasy quarterback all season long. He has the ability to make necessary throws while also possessing some serious upside in the ground game. Plus, he will face off against an Indianapolis defense that is allowing 244.7 passing yards per game which ranks 19th in the league. As a result, I expect him to put together a solid performance in Week 13.

Tua Tagovailoa (QB) Miami Dolphins
After battling several injuries this season, Tua Tagovailoa has started to put together some quality performances over the past few weeks. In the last two games, he has thrown for 503 passing yards along with three passing touchdowns as he has looked extremely comfortable under center. Plus, New York is allowing 243.7 passing yards per game which ranks 17th in the league so I expect Tagovailoa to put up some respectable numbers on Sunday.
Tua Tagovailoa is the 4th QB since 1950 to record back-to-back games with an 80+ completion percentage.

Matt Ryan (QB) Atlanta Falcons
Even though Matt Ryan is past his prime, he is still capable of putting together some quality fantasy football performances. Tampa Bay has allowed at least one passing touchdown in each of its last four games so Ryan should have a relatively high floor for this matchup. Plus, he threw for 300 passing yards and two passing touchdowns in the first meeting this season so he has proven that he can find holes within this defense.

Week 13 Tight End Streamers
Cole Kmet (TE) Chicago Bears
Despite being a part of a below-average offense, Cole Kmet has been playing quite well lately. Kmet has recorded at least 65 receiving yards in two of the last three games as he has embraced a bigger role within the offense due to Allen Robinson‘s hamstring injury. Plus, he was on the field for 86% of the offensive snaps last week so he should continue to see a ton of playing time this week.
Top-5 TEs in Week 12 Target Share
1. Mark Andrews 31%
2. Rob Gronkowski 29%
3. Gerald Everett 29%
4. Cole Kmet 28%
5. Kyle Pitts 21%— Alex Johnson (@a_johnsonFF) November 30, 2021
Gerald Everett (TE) Seattle Seahawks
Regardless of Seattle’s lackluster play lately, Gerald Everett has become more involved over the past few weeks. In the last three games, Everett has been targeted 21 times en route to 16 receptions and 137 receiving yards. Plus, he was on the field for 79% of the offensive snaps last week so he has a serious role within the offense. As a result, I believe that he has some value as a plug-and-play option for Week 13.
Gerald Everett scored a TD and tried to leap into the stands.
Washington fan wasn’t letting that happen.

Tyler Conklin (TE) Minnesota Vikings
While most tight ends in the league are a bit unpredictable in fantasy football, Tyler Conklin is an exception. Conklin has been targeted at least three times in every game this season so he has a decent role within this offense. Plus, he has recorded at least three receptions in five of the last six games so he has been quite reliable lately. While the upside might not necessarily be there, he is an extremely safe option if you are desperate.

Week 13 Defense / Special Teams Streamers
Jacksonville Jaguars D/ST
While Jacksonville is projected to get killed on Sunday, this matchup against Los Angeles does possess a bit of upside. Los Angeles quarterback Matthew Stafford has thrown a pick-6 in three consecutive weeks so seeing a defensive score in Week 13 does not sound that far-fetched. Plus, Jacksonville has allowed less than 24 points in three of its last four games so it has looked better as the season has progressed.

New York Jets D/ST
Even though New York is one of the worst teams in the league, it might be facing a backup quarterback in Week 13 so the defense might perform well. Jalen Hurts is been dealing with an ankle injury and he is being listed as questionable for this game. If he is unable to suit up, then Gardner Minshew II would make his first start of the season. Plus, New York has been underrated at pressuring opposing quarterbacks as it is averaging 2.3 sacks per game which ranks tied for 13th in the league.

Cincinnati Bengals D/ST
After a shaky couple of weeks, Cincinnati’s defense has regrouped nicely following the bye in Week 10. In each of the last two games, Cincinnati has allowed less than 14 points while recording at least two sacks. Plus, Cincinnati recorded a defensive touchdown last week so it has the ability to generate big plays when given the opportunity. Now, it will face off against Justin Herbert who threw a pick-6 last week against Denver.

Week 13 Kicker Streamers
Robbie Gould (K) San Francisco 49ers
Despite being 38-years-old, Robbie Gould has remained extremely reliable this season. In 2021, he has made 83.3% of his field goal attempts and 100% of his extra-point attempts. Plus, he has attempted three field goals in each of the last two games so he has had a ton of chances to put up some quality fantasy numbers. With a matchup against an underwhelming Seattle defense up next, expect San Francisco to be in field goal range frequently on Sunday.

Brian Johnson (K) Washington Football Team
After Joey Slye suffered a hamstring injury last week, Washington signed Brian Johnson to take over the kicking duties. So far this season, Johnson has made all eight of his field goal attempts so he has been extremely reliable up to this point. Plus, Las Vegas is allowing 2.0 field goals attempts per game which ranks 19th in the league so expect Johnson to attempt several field goals on Sunday.

Evan McPherson (K) Cincinnati Bengals
Over the last two weeks, Evan McPherson has been one of the best fantasy kickers in the league. During that span, he made all six field goals attempts including a 54-yard field goal against Las Vegas in Week 11. Now, he will get to face off against a Los Angeles team that is allowing 2.0 field goal attempts per game which ranks tied for 19th in the league. As a result, expect McPherson to have another solid game in Week 13.
