Summary-

Wins for the Top 5 this weekend will leave the table exactly as it is, however, any wins at the bottom will completely change the relegation picture. I think this will be the weekend where Bournemouth are cut adrift, if Villa win their easiest remaining game. However, a wins for Watford and West Ham, coupled with Villa and Bournemouth failing to win, will all but end the battle for survival, as Villa and Bournemouth will be nailed-on to join Norwich in the Championship.

Game of the Week: Tottenham vs Arsenal

It’s a shame to have a North London Derby with no fans, but it’s even sadder to see how these teams have fallen. Spurs were in the Champions League Final 13 months ago and can’t even qualify for next season’s tournament, while Arsenal haven’t qualified since 2016 and don’t look like getting back there anytime soon.

Despite both sides lacklustre league positions, Arsenal have been in better form lately, winning 4 of their last 5, including reaching the FA Cup Semi-Final. Tottenham have improved defensively, keeping 3 clean sheets in their 5 matches, but suddenly seem incapable of finding the net, scoring just 5 in 5, including drawing a blank against Bournemouth.

The combined XI is relatively even with Spurs shading it 6 to 5, however, while the frontline looks strong, neither the Midfield or back-line look capable of challenging for the league. Seeing as this a combined XI of North London’s finest, that’s a worrying statement.

Prediction-

Neither team will want to lose here, so I think defences will come out on top. While I think Arsenal represent great value @ 19/10, I also think there is value on the under @ Evens, which I am far more confident about cashing, given the teams recent defensive records and likely desperation not to lose to other.

Scoreline- Tottenham 1 Arsenal 1

Best Bet- Under 2.5 Goals @ Evens
