GUARDS
Jalen Brunson – PG/SG, DAL @ MIL ($5,500)
This has to be a chalky-as-fuck play, right? Luka Doncic is out a couple weeks with an ankle sprain. After Luka left two minutes into Saturday’s game against the Heat, Brunson played 34 minutes with 18 points, eight assists and seven rebounds. Delon Wright ($3700 DK) is just returning from injury, so he only played eight minutes in Saturday’s game. Brunson, who’s played well when given time, will likely be the starter in place of Luka and eat up most of those minutes.
Kyle Lowry – PG, CLE @ TOR ($7,700)
Fred VanVleet is doubtful to play tonight (but double-check closer to tip-off), which will be his fourth game in a row missed. Lowry has played around 38 minutes each of those games, and despite one poor performance against the Clippers, he’s put up solid numbers. The Raptors’ point guard shoots about seven 3PTs per game. If Lowry gets rolling, a 40 point fantasy night is very attainable.

FORWARDS
Pascal Siakam – PF/C, CLE @ TOR ($8,600)
Siakam has been amazing and he’s going up against the “SADaliers” at home. I’m not sure Kevin Love is even trying to play defense and Tristan Thompson ain’t gonna bother with every rebound.
On Saturday over the Nets, Spicy P scored a game-high 30 points, along with 10 rebounds, five assists, three steals and three blocks. Hell, if he continues on his current trajectory, the Raptors might soon lose him to the Monstars. He’s a numbers machine going against a sad sack offense. Don’t over think this one.
Christian Wood – PF/C, DET @ WAS ($4,500)
WARNING: Double-check this pick prior to tip-off. Andre Drummond and Blake Griffin are both questionable against an invisible Wizards defensive unit. On Saturday, with Drummond out and Blake leaving the game with knee soreness, Wood logged a double-double off the bench in just 22 minutes. There have been six games where Wood played at least 20 minutes this season and has averaged 16.2 points and 7.5 rebounds per game.
CENTERS
Kristaps Porzingis – PF/C, DAL @ MIL ($7,800)
Might be a nice stack with Jalen Brunson (see above). The Unicorn is finally starting to play like the magical beast we witnessed in New York. With Luka sideline, it’s his turn to step up and be the number 1 option. That a role we know he relishes! Tonight’s game in Milwaukee will be competitive with Zinger leading the way for the Mavs.
Hassan Whiteside – C, POR @ PHX ($8,100)
Phoenix’s frontcourt has been a game of musical chairs ever since Ayton when out and Aron Baynes was in and out with injury. I imagine, they’re already looking ahead to Ayton’s return this week.
Whiteside just had three days of rest after a huge 33-point, 13-rebound performance. He has averaged 20.2 points and 12.5 rebounds across six December contests and riding the hot hand for a game featuring a projected 228 points seems like a safe bet at the center slot.
