Daily Fantasy Picks for College Football Week 11: Best DraftKings, FanDuel Plays

Week 11 brings us one week closer to the College Football playoffs and features the game of the year (thus far) as the Alabama Crimson Tide are 6.5 point favorites hosting the LSU Tigers. Although that game should be fireworks, I’ve decided to look into other match-ups. Here are my favorite plays to fill up your College Football Daily Fantasy Picks.

RUNNING BACK: Eno Benjamin

$8,800 FanDuel ;$6,800 DraftKings

USC @ Arizona State: Saturday November 9: 3:30 PM EST (Arizona State -1.5; 57)

Eno Benjamin is someone that is a threat in both the rush and receiving games which makes him a more appealing option. He’s rushed for 100 or more yards in four of eight games this season and has put up receiving games with 32, 94, and 34 yards and two touchdowns through the air.

Although the Sun Devils’ implement a balanced offensive attack – expecting carries out of Benjamin somewhere around the 20 attempts range is not unreasonable.

WIDE RECEIVER: Sage Surratt

$9,700 FanDuel; $7,500 DraftKings

Wake Forest @ Virginia Tech: Saturday November 9: 3:30 PM EST (Wake Forest -2.5; 60.5)

As much as I hate taking one of the most expensive options on the slate, it is hard to ignore the impact Surratt is having. He is coming off one of his worst games of the year, but still hauled in 9 receptions. He enters Saturday’s contest averaging 15.3 yards a reception and has eclipsed the 900 yard mark on 62 receptions and caught 9 touchdowns.

Look for Surratt to feast versus a VA Tech giving up an average of 386 passing yards per game over their most recent three – the highest in the nation.

QUARTERBACK: Jamie Newman

$10,400 FanDuel;$8,400 DraftKings

Wake Forest @ Virginia Tech: Saturday November 9: 3:30 PM EST (Wake Forest -2.5; 60.5)

Like mentioned above, the VA Tech defense have been terrible especially against the pass. Wake Forest love to throw the ball and rank 13th in the nation in passing attempts per game at 38.4, and 12th in passing yards per game with 313.7.

Wake’s quarterback Jamie Newman has completed 67.2 percent of his passes, thrown for over 2,059 yards and has posted a 20:5 touchdown to interception ratio. Newman should carve up this vulnerable passing defense.

FLEX/QUARTERBACK: BROCK PURDY

$9,700 FanDuel; $7,900 DraftKings

Iowa State @ Oklahoma: Saturday November 9: 8 PM EST (Oklahoma -14.5; 66.5)

Iowa State enter Saturday’s contest averaging the 6th highest passing yards per game at 335.6. Last game versus Oklahoma State, quarterback Brock Purdy attempted a season high 62 passes and completed 39. That game marked his second straight game throwing for 340 or more passing yards, and fourth on the season surpassing the 300 yard mark.

In a game that should find Iowa State trailing early, look for them to resort to the passing game to throw to keep up to try and cover the 14.5 points as underdogs.
