The fight serves as only the 11th welterweight unification bout in boxing history and is a compelling matchup on paper, with the younger and more highly regarded Spence, facing off against the rugged tried and tested Porter. Despite Porter’s 5/1 underdog price, he certainly has a definitive route to victory, meaning he will almost certainly be looking to turn this one into a brawl.
