Saturday, August 3rd: UFC On ESPN 5

The main event features Robbie Lawler vs Colby Covington and the undercard features matchups such as Salim Touahri vs Mickey Gall, and Claudio Silva vs Cole Williams. Fights taking place at the Prudential Center in New Jersey.

Thursday, August 8th: NFL Pre Season Kickoff

UFC Fight Night 156 comes to us from Antel Arena in Villa Espanola, Montevideo, Uruguay. The card is headlined by the Women’s flyweight bout between Valentina Shevchenko (-1000) and a big underdog in Liz Carmouche (+675). Enrique Barzola will face Bobby Moffett in the undercard.

This year’s BMW Championship will take place at Medinah Country Club in Medinah, IL. Tiger Woods has committed already both of the first two FedExCup playoff events including the Northern Pacific Trust in the week previous.

UFC 241 comes live from the Honda Center in Anaheim, California. The card features a co-main event, first is a welterweight matchup between Anthony Pettis (-120) vs Nate Diaz (+100) and a heavyweight bout between Stipe Miocic (+120) and Daniel Cormier (-140).

Saturday August 24th: NCAA Football Kick Off

College football kicks off with on Saturday August 24th with a couple of matchups. Florida and Miami meet at 7pm est at Camping World Stadium in Orlando. The second matchup comes to us from Hawaii as the Rainbow Warriors host the Kevin Sumlin’s Arizona Wildcats.

Monday, August 26: US Open Tennis

The US Open kicks off from the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in New York. This hard surface event will feature some of the best in the tennis battling it out. This event rounds out the four which make up the Grand Slam of tennis.

Saturday, August 31st: NCAA Football Full Slate

Week 1 kicks off on the final day of August. Some big games on the slate include Auburn and Oregon who will meet at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas. Other games include: Boise State and FSU, Virginia and Pitt meet at Heinz Field in Pittsburgh, and Northwestern will take on Stanford.
