The Rules:
This is a win/loss format column with the goal of 250 yards passing + rushing and two touchdowns. Every time a quarterback selected finishes the NFL fantasy week in the top twelve or accumulates 250 yards passing/rushing and two touchdowns, it will be graded as a win. Anything short of that, you guessed it-a loss.
Using ESPN standard scoring / PPR leagues, the quarterback of the week must be 30% or less owned.
Week Seven Game Of Throws Selection
Andy Dalton, Cincinnati Bengals, $6,200
Buy low, sell high. That’s the name of the game in handicapping and fantasy sports and there’s no better example of this than Andy Dalton. He’s right on the fringe again of what’s allowed in ownership percentage, but I think after waivers go through the week he will be even less owned. Not even the best garbage time game script of the week could salvage Dalton’s fantasy game last Sunday night, but outside of the one clunker on primetime that Dalton has been known to do, he’s been very good this season:
Look for Dalton to get back on track against The Tampa defense allowing everyone to look good, and much like I told you to play Njoku with Mayfield last week, CJ Uzomah should find the end zone against Tampa as well.
Game Of Throw’s Season Record:
5-2
Week One: Andy Dalton
Week Two: Alex Smith
Week Three: Ryan Fitzpatrick
Week Four: Joe Flacco
Week Five: Ryan Tannehill
Week Six: Jameis Winston
Week Seven: Baker Mayfield
