Bovada released the 2017 Offensive Rookie of the Year odds with Leonard Fournette as the odds on favorite right now at +350. People seem to have Ezekiel Elliot’s amazing year one performance stuck in their head. The Jaguars lack of a passing game could make it difficult sledding for Fournette.
Even though he’s not currently named the starting QB, DeShaun Watson at +600 I think is the best value. The Texans have a decent chance to make the playoffs in the AFC South and a rookie QB leading a team to a playoff is a proven formula for winning rookie of the year. Just ask Dak Prescott.
