Super Sleepers To Win It All
NOTRE DAME – (50/1) The Fighting Irish play in the ACC for basketball and there’s no tougher conference when it comes to hoops. They’ll be battle tested and ready for a long run in the NCAA Tourney. Normally teams with veteran rosters and good guard play go far in March. The Irish are led by Senior Forward V.J. Beachem and two experienced guards in Sr. Steve Vasturia & Jr. Matt Farrell. Look for the irish to do some damage come March.
BUTLER – (52/1) The Bulldogs are used to playing deep into March. Perhaps, this year they can pull it all off. The Bulldogs have already shown us they can play ball. Thus far this season the dogs have already knocked off Arizona, Cincinnati, Xavier, & Villanova. These guys can beat anyone on any given day. The Dogs also have a ton of experience with Jr. Forward Kelan Martin & Sr. Andrew Chrabascz along with senior guard and graduate transfer Avery Woodson coming over from Memphis.
MICHIGAN STATE – (75/1) Yeah I know the Spartans are 12-8 and have a lot of work cut out for them if they want to even make the tournament but much like last years Syracuse team if they can get in they could do some serious damage. Tom Izzo is one of the best coaches in the country and although his team is inexperienced in a lot of ways, the backcourt is experienced and by the time March rolls around perhaps the youth of the team will be able to benefit from this seasons experience.
